So there's 3 options for the title.
1) The Patient
A literal patient. The sick one on the bed, who is going through a tough ordeal.
2) The Patient People
Patient could be plural here, meaning "the patient people" or something.
3) The Patient Person
Patient could also be singular, as in, "The patient person."
