What does the title translate to, and what does that translation have to do with the "song"?

I know that cesario summability is a formula that deals with certain 2d mathematical systems and their degrees of freedom of movement. It has also been known to be involved in fractals (a style of art). As to how this pertains to the song I am not sure. I have a feeling the mathematics involved could be something related to the distortion pattern or maybe the static. Since this formula does deal with mathematical chaos perhaps the distortion and static epresent this chaos in some sort of way?
