this is what i always thought this song was trying to convey: desensitization (not ground-breaking, i know). i feel as if he is commenting on the effects of our society. he uses the "stinkfist"-act as a metaphor of the results on us people/consumers of our society's mentality.
he uses sex as the outlet to express this, because it IS one of the main ways that we have been desensitized (don't believe me, just type sex in kazaa and see what comes up).
i'm new here, so i'm not sure if this theory has been stated before, but regardless, this is what i believe.
