It seems that everyone has pretty much most of the visuals down pat. After reading all the posts I'll put my two cents in. From the Red Rocks show in Aug. 2001:
The Grudge - The head slicing its forhead to reveal a third eye. Then a puppet-like figure moving like Maynard that rapidly twitches its head side-side at the end. The red eye looking through the hole was also shown.
Stinkfist - Pretty much the video with some added tid-bits.
Swamp Song - Hmmm. Don't remember much. Probably the hit I had took effect.
Prison Sex - Clips of the video along with the red rib cage.
Schism - The video which was the first time I had seen it. Very cool.
Push-it - The naked women in a black and white strobing light holding hands and going in circles.
Disposition - The wonderful underwater camera shots of nude people swimming.
Reflection - Very wierd. Looked like headless humans waving with broken mirrors around them (?).
Intermission - The Salival form slowly spinning then speeding up.
Sober - The two women next to each other with the tentacle and the black and white target.
Parabol/Parabola - Do not remember too much of this.
Aenima - Ahhhh. The metoers and tidal waves.
Lateralus - The thing I remember the most were the circle of eyes being projected onto the crowd and sides of the rock cliffs.
