Part 1
Step 1. Instill the paranoia and distrust of all things authoritative in them young, but remember, stress especially the evils of the government. This can be done by a simple series of cause and effect excercises. Place in front of the infant a picture of a well-known political leader, and a pile of toys. Distribute the toys between the politician and the infant, giving the picture of the politician 2 toys for every one of the infant's. Every time the baby instinctively goes for one of the politician's toys, remove one toy from said baby's pile, giving it to the greedy politician. This will teach the child that the government withholds things (money, information) from the people, and that when the people try to claim what is rightfully theirs, the government only takes more.
Step 2. Place the same picture atop your home's television set. Halfway through the child's favorite TV program, place the picture directly in front of the television, obscuring the screen. While it is still obscured, change the channel to something boring, colorless and dull. Then place the picture back on the top of the television set. This should tell the child that the government decides what is good for us, and that it is never what we really want. And also the picture on top of the TV should act as a reminder that the government is always watching us, and monitoring what we see, hear and do.
At least one of these steps should be performed every day, in order to insure that the child is fully aware that they are being screwed over daily by the evil toy-stealing, cartoon-censoring government.
