first 4 lines

what are the first four lines of pushit before "i will choke until i swallow"? i can make out the second line that says "while you were begging me to stay", which reappears later in the song, but i can't quite make out the 1st, 3rd or 4th lines.

...the first 2 lines and the second 2 lines both appear together in different parts of the song. Its a lot easier to pick these lyrics up if you listen to the Salival version.
