Also the background noise sounds like one of those handheld machines that checks for radioactive levels.. you know, those things..
Song could be something to do with the destruction of our society and the aftermath (represented with the rebirth/baby crying). The echoing of the crying could symbolize loneliness, emptiness, solitaire. However this could just be another obvious metaphor for a much deeper underlying meaning which people have already gone into regarding the other songs on aenima. I think this song is linked to the song Aenima aswell.
