Has anyone listened to this song from the "tales From The Side" bootleg? It's the best live version of Jerk-Off, concluding with one of the most fufilling screams of "Die!". Anyone who hasnt heard this version from the bootleg should go check it out now.

yeah the ext verson is cool..but i dont think it fits the rest of the song (the interlude i mean) I love the 91 demo vers tho

It sounds fitting enough to me... I like it more than the version put on opiate.

opiate from tales of the darkside is great... the slowly played intro makes it sound wicked and instead of of saying "someone strong to guide you" he says "someone strong to use you", like me ^_^

When I saw Tool live, instead of "Die!" he screamed "Bye!" and waved at us, and istead of "Shoot you in your fucking head!" he screamd "fuck you in your fucking ass!"

I thought it was an excellent way to end the set.

It's pretty good, but I like the Coachella version better.

This is probably one of my all time favorite Tool tracks.
