Flooding (implosion): A behavioral therapy in which triggers of extreme anxiety (flying, driving, insects, etc.) are confronted directly, either in imagination or in actuality.

Came across this reading Chuck Palahnuik's new book, so I did a little research and found it applicable to the song. Figured it might be of intrest to someone.

Very cool! I am a big fan of Palahniuk's work, but I haven't read his last two yet - I usually wait and buy them in paperback. Was it "Diary" that you read that in?

Anyway, thanks for sharing. That cast a different light oon one of the song's potential meanings.
