This is a quick song that I wrote one night and includes severals concepts that I find quite interesting. One of which, I had noticed while I was drugged off my mind, but later found out was also a belief of mass murderer/genius George Trepal. This is the concept of "The Watcher", a sort of voice that dwells in the back of the mind, and really understands everything that is happening around the person.
Anyway... I'd like some opinions of my writing skills, hopefully positive ones, but feel free to criticize, leave death threats, etc. Here goes:
Conglomerate:
A light embraces this cadaver
Life its own at soul's expense
What could save us we now can't remember
Watching this vessel void of sense, but...
He blinds perception with his eyes
I know there's no contempt in his lies
But wanting desire drifts asunder
When reaching high fate pulls me under
And we've grown tired of you!
And we're watching
Always watching
Understanding you...
I know it's terrible, but the riffs are good.
