I think this song is about people who will never change they will always be jerk-offs. punishment doesnt cure them and maybe death is the only answer. they're attitude is "it doesnt matter whats right, its only wrong if you caught" and they will never change so the narrator is saying well than maybe i should just shoot you myself and not get caught how about that motherfucker?
