I thought perhaps it may have something to do with the 'hidden messages' supposedly contained on the album.
If you type 'ritual cannibalism' into yahoo you will get a number of pages to do with Catholisism and the consumption of christ's body, and other thing's to do with the cannibalism of children. And it might amuse some people.

In sunday mass, Catholics consume Wine and bread, which is meant to symbolise the blood and body of Jesus.
If you were to eat someone's body and drink their blood, that would be cannibalism.
