Schism And What It Means To Me.

I belive schism is simply about two people in a straining relationship.
From the sound of things its about him realising his relationship is falling apart right infront of him, And trying to come up with a solution to fix it.
But what is needed is for both of the people to embrace the lyrics of schism for it to be reborn.

If that makes sense. It does to me.
It may mean something completly different.
But that is what it means to me.
And thats all thats important, Ive interprated the lyrics to mean something and inturn that meaning has changed my life.

i think it's pretty obvious that schism is about a straining or breaking relationship. all relationships which end have problems with communication, at least in my experience. i also think that schism is absolutely the best song ever written about relationships, it's very real. although i am a tori fan and i think that "strange" and "tear in your hand" are really good ones about relationship strain as well.
