I'm 99% sure this isn't Tool's intention, but my friend got baked and said it was about(the literal meaning) drugs. "Black and white are all I see, in my infancy; Red and yellow..." I think he was referring to the colors? Yeah... don't bash me on this one

... Umm... actually, in other posts, they compare it to that. Don't be so closed minded. Tool has "dabbled in drugs in the past" anyways. If you mean drugs themselves, yeah, I agree, I have no intentions on ever doing them. But seriously, the song relates to a buncha colors, possibly a slight suggestion on experimentation with drugs?
