What this song means to me... sometimes

To me.... the narrator is a person starved of attention. He lacks any sort of emotional, personal, or sexual stimulation from an outside source. He has resorted to stimulating his own anus for pleasure (maybe traditional masturbation isn't enough). When he says "Show me that you love me.." maybe he's speaking to himself or a potential hypothetical future lover or himself or his own finger/fist/arm. And the "I can help you change Tired moments into pleasure..." line is them talking back.
