I am reading a book by Lyn Buchanan about remote viewing (the Seventh Sense). I came across these paragraphs just now and I could'nt help but post them here.
"Training in controlled remote viewing begins by setting up begins by setting up a clear line of communication between your conscious and subconscious mind. The opening of that line of communication generally follows a fairly set pattern.
The first phase is marked by shyness, distrust, and fear. During your whole life, these two minds- the consious and the subconscious- have been like neighbors on each side of a high fence. One often throws its trash over into the other's yard and petty wars begin, leaving the two with a quiet but seething resentment for each other. Each lives as though the other is not there, and as though the wants, desires, and needs of the other are of little importance, or simply do not exist."
