I was listening to Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory by Dream Theater with my friend, and he is also a huge Tool fan and he said that this song was influenced by Home on the DT cd. The bass lines sound identical, slight difference, but I was unsure of that because 46&2 came out in 1996 with Metropolis Pt. 2 came out in 1999. I was just wondering if anyone else had thoughts on this or if you hear the same bass we did....
