how come the song is spelt Ænema and the album spelt Ænima? same thing with Lateralus and Lateralis. it doesn't make sense to me.

maybe it is done to put the emphasis on the different meanings of the words eg. the song is more about an enema than the anima and the album is more about the anima than an enema

maybe it is to help distinguish whether someone is writing about the album or the song

maybe it was a typo

maybe it isn't meant to make sense to you

maybe it is like that to make you think

The lateralu/is one is a typo.

The Æni/ema one is intentional as described by nina.

yeah its to distinguish between the meaning of the album and the meaning of the song. I actually broke my lateralus cd and bought a new one so I have both the typo and the fixed version. Its wierd how much stuff has been mispelled or misplaced (last song on undertow being track 10, 39, or 69)..

The song has a different meaning than the whole album.
And Lateralis is just a misprint. Haven't seen it with the "i" anymore. And we won't get to Salival... And European version of Aenima....
