Does anyone know where I could find the pictures of the booklet of the first edition of Aenima? Or even only the transcription of the text Danny wrote inside (the believe in nothing stuff)? I only have the second edition, and I'm curious to see what is written in the first one.
Thanks...

If you go buy the CD version, it is included in there, if you are talking about the essay on anesthesia that is.

it says how when you believe something you hear, your mind is nonfunctioning. a nonfunctioning mind is clinically dead. believe in nothing.

I've read alot of opinions about the theme or story the album's trying to convey and alot of them suggest "Trying to Find Spiritual Enlightenment Through Drugs," but it never says WHAT Drugs. From my personal experience of feeling that there should me more to this 'life' and I'm not seeing everything, I chose to use the dissocociatives (sorry if I spelled that wrong, too lazy to go look), DXM, PCP, Ketamine, Ect. to basically try to disconnect from all what society's programed into my mind and see the way things really are.
That being said, I think that what LEARN.2.SWiM said about believeing what you HEAR, hearing is a sense, and the dissocociatives the paragraph discribes (especially the 5 to 7.5 MG/KG and the 10 to 12 MG/KG stuff, since this is the doseage of DXM for almost complete seperation of your mind from your senses) disconnect you from these senses. Therefore don't believe what you hear. and don't even believe it if you see it. Seems kind of like ever finding the truth is impossible when you look at it like this, but maybe that's what they're trying to say.
