So, in Jimmy he refers to 11 in several ways. 11 as in, "one and one are one, eleven so..." as well as "11 and she was gone..." And we know that he was 11 when his life changed for the worst. And the song is his process of reaching his inner child.
So... inner child as in Cesaro, perhaps? I'm drawing a line from "Cesaro" to cesarean births, the baby, etc., all the way to the 11 year old Jimmy in, well, the song Jimmy. I'm also drawing a line between the word "Summability" and his lyrics, "one are one..."
