Okay, I'm not sure if this is inappropriate or not... but I would just like to share some websites with you guys that I find are some of my favorite art websites. I would also like to preface this by saying (Obviously) NONE OF THIS ARTWORK IS MINE. NONE. It's just beautiful art that should be seen by everyone I feel. And the dark nature of most of it is something I feel TooL fans can appriciate. So anyway... here they are.

www.happypencil.com - Cam DeLeon. You guys should be familiar with some of his work. He designed the logos and t-shirts for TooL before Alex Grey and Laterlaus. It's a very awesome website with some cool Flash things. Go to the dark side of the page, the light side is for buying prints and posters and things.

www.giger.com - H.R.Giger. Need I say more? (If so... he's the "creative genious" behind the Alien monsters) You can also buy things on that website... Giger things... mmm... $$$

http://www.darkworlds.com/dw/zones_and_realms_eua.html - thid is a list of a bunch of pretty awesome Dark artists and their art. It's pretty good stuff. Also more giger art on it.

Okay, so there ya go. Maybe respond with discussions or favorite pieces of art on the pages?

Oops. URL doesn't take you where I thought it would on that website. You have to look to the left of the page and look at the links that say "Realms", and under that it will say "Dark Art" Click there. Sorry!

i had a look at that stuff but my mind remains unchanged. H.R. Giger is able to create dark, haunting, atmospheric images unlike anyone else ever has ever done.

I dont know how appropriate this is but as long as we're pointing out great art, heres some that I love:

http://www.zonezero.com/exposiciones/fotografos/witkin/jpwitkin1.html

http://www.edelmangallery.com/witkin.htm

http://www.faheykleingallery.com/featured_artists/witkin/witkin_frames.htm

I'd just like to point out that the intent of this photographer, Joel Peter Witkin, is not to horrify but to enlighten and to 'mystify'.

I hope you get something out his imagery.
