It forbids u from having any positive experiences in life. When the song says, "clutch it like a corner stone" it means you're holding onto the grudge for many years. Our purpose in life is to be humbled, light and innocent like a child. When we all learn to let go of grudges, we can all be humbled again the way we were intended to be.
