this song seems to contradict the message's of acceptance and unconditional love that appear in their later work.
the way maynard wishes death on the subject, is chilling. it makes me feel extraordinarily uncomfortable.
i understand that sometimes art can be grotesque- this song seems to have no positive message in it whatsoever. i actually skip this song when i play undertow.
lyrically (for it is the lyrics that i am interpreting), the song has no redeeming aspect to it. it is entirely negative, and entirely nasty.
