staying on the same page

Sometimes after not having been around for a while, I'll go through all the threads I'm interested in from page to page. However, after opening one thread and then returning to socialize, I'm returned to the 1st page. Perhaps there should be an option after reading a thread thats not on the 1st page that returns you to the page you were browsing?

I usually right click the thread link and open it in a new window.

The way things are set up now, no memory is kept of your
previous place once you enter a thread. The best way for
now to get back the the section you were in, would be to
use the dropdown list on your browser's Back button.
