At the end of the video, you will notice a cluster of balls in the air, hovering in front of the person. The person stares at the ball and immediatly sheds his physical body and realizes his etheric nature.
I think the cluster of balls is the DMT molecule, commonly called the "spirit molecule". Alex Grey has done a picture of this etheogen and he also helped create the end of that video.

Except that DMT looks like this (http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/dmt/images/archive/dmt_3d.jpg), and the "molecule" in the video doesn't, even accounting for the space-conserving vs. ball-and-stick model. Unless I'm misremembering, which is quite possible, considering how long it's been since I watched the video.
