I had always considered that song to pertain to a broken relationship. But one night after...uh... indulging in natural enlightment via flame... i went to retrieve a snack from upstairs. Shortly after the first bite of said snack.. the phrase 'i have swallowed the poison you feed me' poped into me head. Lets go back... me and my mother had gotten into a fight the day before, and her apology was in the form of cleverly placed snackery. So when those two variables connected in my head, i automatically considered the possibility of 'bottom' being the product of poor family relations.
