Are there different covers of the Lateralus CD?

I can't find mine from when it was released, but I saw one in Best Buy today, and I can swear it's different.

lateralus has a tinted black sheeth. the back has all the credits. split in family tree or manager rank type printing. this slides off and then you have the clear casing with the booklet and such.

I didn't remember that there were prints of the eyes and stuff along the edge that were less opaque than the rest of the sheath.
