Salival-like bootleg I own - HELP pls

OK, guys, I've had this Tool bootleg (actually a burnt copy) a friend of mine has presented me with some time ago for a long time - it's my first Tool CD, as a matter of fact. The problem is, I don't have any details of during what show it was recorded, how it was released (cover art, underground label, etc.) - cause I know my friend has purchased it once in the USA (can't contact her to explain it, unfortunately).

I put this threas in the Salival subforum, cause track listing is kinda similar, though it contains two Lateralus songs as you can see.

So, help me identify this recording, folks. BTW, the quality is v. good and the concert must have been a whole lotta show. I often have an impression that it is better than any regular Tool album, actually.

There are only two known live recordings of Maynard's Dick: Once in '92 and one in '93. You Lied and No Quarter were never performed during the Lateralus tours (AFAIK), either.

I'd say that you basically have one or two tracks each from half a dozen different shows.
