I think H. stands for Hope.. in reference to Reflection.."bring out hope and reason".. reason being is because having hope is one of the most beautiful things that life has to offer.... like the phoenix's journey.. from the ashes of the old rises a bird of fire...or how a seed can grown from the furtilizer of shit.... if there were no hope, we couldn't grow.. there would be no motivation to... anyone who is hopless, watch the Shawshank Redemption a couple more times. So I think Devo's middle name is Hope.. or atleast Maynard has hope for his son.

Whether or not what he is hoping for.. that's another post (or reply).. I think the idea of Hydrogen can be laterally linked here too or some of the other ideas.. Heaven/Hell.. etc.. all good ideas...I think they all apply somehow through the timeline of Maynard's life somehow.

I think the title H. Stands for many things. That is why it is what it is. It's for his son, H. , it's for hope, H. , and for many other emotions that he is feeling in his lyrics.
